Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and execute the firm's growth strategy for government contracts in public health, including strategic planning, market intelligence, and revenue growth.
- Identify, capture, and win government contracts through RFP responses, proposal development, and teaming arrangements.
- Oversee the creation and submission of high-quality, compliant proposals, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials and key decision-makers, representing the company at conferences and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or management in a government contracting environment, ideally within a consulting firm.
- Minimum 6 years of day-to-day people management experience and 6 years in practice/service area leadership.
- Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Proven track record in securing and managing sizable government contracts, including experience with RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.
