Director, Business Development

• Lead and execute the firm's growth strategy for government contracts in public health, including strategic planning, market intelligence, and revenue growth.
• Identify, capture, and win government contracts through RFP responses, proposal development, and teaming arrangements.
• Oversee the creation and submission of high-quality, compliant proposals, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials and key decision-makers, representing the company at conferences and events.

This role directly contributes to strengthening public health systems and advancing equity by securing government contracts that support evidence-based, community-driven solutions for public health programs.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or management in a government contracting environment, ideally within a consulting firm.
• Minimum 6 years of day-to-day people management experience and 6 years in practice/service area leadership.
• Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Proven track record in securing and managing sizable government contracts, including experience with RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually with annual bonus up to 50%.
