Digital Coordinator

• Execute components of Civic Nation’s digital strategy with a focus on email and social media, including content creation, editing, and publishing across platforms.
• Write, build, and send marketing emails for It’s On Us and the Change Collective.
• Film, edit, and write scripts for short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to engage target audiences.
• Track social and email engagement, monitor trends, and assist with analytics and community management.

This role amplifies the work of Civic Nation’s initiatives, strengthening civic culture and participation by engaging audiences through compelling digital content and community building.

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing including writing and editing emails and social media content for an organization or political campaign (internships included).
• Experience managing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and/or tools like Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Sprout Social.
• Demonstrated research experience with ability to source credible information, fact-check, and summarize concisely.
• Strong writing, copy-editing, and oral communication skills; attention to detail; understanding of current digital media landscape and trends.

Salary range: $61,000 - $63,000 annually (adjusted for cost of labor for work location). Comprehensive benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, paid family & medical leave, and access to a 401k plan.
