Digital Communications Manager

• Design and grow Dayenu’s messaging and content across social channels, email, and website to engage activists and partners.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, create graphics, manage email communications, and maintain the website.
• Manage communications consultants, interns, and vendors to support movement-building.

This role helps build a spiritually rooted Jewish climate movement, mobilizing the American Jewish community to confront the climate crisis with spiritual audacity and bold political action.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital campaigning, marketing, graphic design, or digital content creation.
• Facility with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, LinkedIn, TikTok) and project management skills.
• Experience with CRMs (EveryAction preferred), website maintenance (HTML/CSS, WordPress), and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Knowledge of Jewish community, tradition, and culture strongly preferred; commitment to anti-racist practice.
