Digital Adoption (Senior) Consultant

• Drive the adoption of digital products, tools, and new ways of working across Transport, ensuring solutions are embedded in daily use.
• Contribute to and drive adoption initiatives from pilots to scaled implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to drive uptake and utilization.
• Support communication, training, and enablement activities, and gather user insights to improve adoption and maximize value.

This role creates positive change by bridging new technologies with everyday work, enabling over 4000 Transport colleagues to adopt digital solutions that contribute to a tech-enabled, sustainable future.

• Experience working with digital tools, platforms, or processes in an implementation or project/delivery context.
• Motivated by helping people and teams realize value from digital solutions.
• Strong communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Curious and open to learning, with a keen interest in digital trends (including AI) and their practical application.
