Technical Program Manager, E2E Programs

• Lead end-to-end programs of moderate to high complexity for autonomy systems in agriculture, construction, and turf sectors.
• Develop detailed plans, optimize workflows, and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive consensus and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

This role drives the development and deployment of intelligent machinery that enables safer, more sustainable farming and construction, reducing reliance on scarce labor and increasing profitability for customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project/program management experience and 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in project/program planning tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable).
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
