Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes, pain points, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements, and develop current-state and future-state process models.
• Assess business functions for suitability for agentic AI solutions, collaborate with AI SMEs to define requirements, and support prioritization of opportunities.
• Develop business blueprints defining requirements, workflows, user interactions, process changes, and success measures, and present findings to stakeholders.

This role drives transformative change by enabling organizations to leverage Agentic AI to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions that strengthen society and the natural world.

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or consulting engagements.
• Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews, and ability to analyze complex business challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $190,000.
