Mission

What you will drive

  • Architect and manage Nuru's private and corporate fundraising systems, including CRM, proposal pipelines, and knowledge management processes.
  • Lead the writing, editing, and execution of high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports for private and corporate donors.
  • Oversee data governance, CRM processes, and operational workflows to ensure Salesforce remains the trusted source of truth.
  • Integrate AI-enabled workflows to accelerate content creation and preserve institutional memory.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a global NGO, social enterprise, or impact investing environment.
  • Solid technical understanding of global nonprofit development and rural livelihoods (e.g., agriculture, food systems, climate resilience).
  • Proven experience leading grant proposal development, donor reporting, and cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI productivity tools to optimize workflows.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $108,000 - $120,000 USD. Full-time, 100% remote. Flexible remote-first model since 2008. Must maintain regular working overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
