Development Specialist

• Manage grants systems, fundraising operations, and donor stewardship initiatives to support organizational development goals.
• Track grant deadlines, cycles, and reporting requirements across centralized platforms.
• Maintain accurate donor records, process gifts, and manage data across CRMs and development platforms.
• Support annual fund campaigns including planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
