Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the full development lifecycle for Terawatt Charging Centers, including site due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, pre-construction, and support during construction.
- Own financial modeling assumptions for development projects, iterate on models, and present memorandums to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Real Estate, Energy, Finance, Revenue, Legal, Construction) and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, customers, local authorities) to deliver high-quality projects on time and on schedule.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 7+ years of real estate development experience with adjacent experience.
- Experience with ground-up real estate development and entitlement processes.
- Strong command of pre-construction and construction processes, financial modeling, and legal/contract processes.
