Development Database & Donor Relations Coordinator

• Manage Salesforce database, donation entry, and donor information with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support donor relations by drafting personalized acknowledgement letters, managing a portfolio of donors, and assisting with outreach pipelines.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting packets for the Senior Development Manager and fundraising team.

This role ensures that donor relationships are managed with care, enabling Mercado Global to sustain and grow funding that supports Indigenous women artisans in Latin America, helping them earn income, keep children in school, and take on leadership roles.

• 2–3 years of CRM experience in a nonprofit development context; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills for donor-facing emails, letters, and reports.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
