Development Database & Donor Relations Coordinator

• Manage all donation entry across platforms (Salesforce, Paybee, Donorbox) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support donor relations by drafting personalized acknowledgement letters and managing a portfolio of donors.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting packets for the Senior Development Manager and fundraising team.

This role ensures that donor relationships are stewarded with care, directly supporting the financial sustainability of a nonprofit that empowers Indigenous women artisans in Latin America.

• 2–3 years of CRM experience in a nonprofit development context; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills for donor-facing correspondence.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
