Development Database & Donor Relations Coordinator

• Manage Salesforce database, donation entry, and donor information with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support donor relations by drafting personalized acknowledgement letters and managing a portfolio of donors.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting packets for the Senior Development Manager and fundraising team.

This role ensures that donor relationships are stewarded with care, directly supporting the financial independence of Indigenous women artisans in Latin America through sustainable fashion partnerships.

• 2–3 years of CRM experience in a nonprofit development context; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills for donor-facing emails, letters, and reports.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
