Deputy Digital Director

• Own cross-platform strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, monitoring analytics and adjusting strategy in real time.
• Directly manage two Digital Organizers, overseeing performance, workflow, and content quality.
• Lead rapid response during breaking political moments, ensuring digital messaging connects electoral stakes to student life.
• Maintain dashboards and track KPIs across all accounts, identifying underperforming accounts and implementing growth interventions.

This role empowers Pennsylvania youth to challenge far-right policies and build a state where Gen-Z can lead and thrive, directly influencing the 2026 elections and holding government accountable to the people, not billionaires.

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in digital communications, political campaigns, advocacy, or social media strategy.
• Experience managing staff or leading a digital team.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth mechanics.
• Strong political instincts and ability to translate complex issues into culturally fluent content.

Compensation ranges from $6,500 – $7,120/month (annualized $78,000 – $85,440), plus PTO, health benefits, and a technology stipend. Hybrid position based in Pennsylvania with some statewide travel required.
