Deployment Specialist - Toronto/Ontario, Canada 9am PT - 6pm PT Shift

• Assist in the activation and configuration of ChargePoint Networked charging stations for new and returning station owners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Maintenance Partners, and customers to achieve timely and accurate activation of stations.
• Oversee the install, activation, and validation of new charging stations.
• Maintain excellent communications with customers, Sales Rep, and Services team to ensure timely completion of implementations and issue resolution.

This role directly supports the transition to electric mobility by ensuring EV charging stations are properly activated and configured, enabling drivers, businesses, and fleets to adopt electric vehicles and reduce carbon emissions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related projects and liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and stress management skills.
• Fluent in French/French Canadian (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, decisive, with ability to adapt to change.
