What you will drive
- In this role, you'll oversee delivery of the Observatory's scale-up by establishing delivery practices that convert strategy and technical resources into measurable progress.
- Translate product strategy into a deliverable roadmap and backlog.
- Run agile ceremonies and track progress against milestones, flagging slippage early.
- Identify and manage delivery risks and blockers, maintaining a decision log to force decisions.
- Coordinate dependencies between technical, analytical, and communications work while reporting progress to leadership and funders.
