Delivery Manager

• Lead a high-performing team of Technicians and Data Analysts to optimize the performance of AI-powered waste sorting machines.
• Manage the pipeline of developing AI models for new waste streams, including scanning, data management, and deployment.
• Calibrate vision systems, optimize sorting recipes, and manage waste sample logistics.
• Collaborate with Product and Performance teams to enhance material recognition and classification.

This role directly contributes to increasing recycling rates and reducing waste by optimizing AI-driven sorting technology, turning waste into valuable resources and promoting a sustainable future.

• Proven experience managing engineering or plant operations teams (6+ direct reports preferred).
• Hands-on mindset, comfortable working on-site with waste.
