Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and ensure continuous ROI for customers.
  • Consult on best practices, workflows, and conduct management business reviews.
  • Develop multi-purpose relationships throughout customer organizations and identify risks within named accounts.
  • Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback to Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field.
  • 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver consultative recommendations.
