Mission
What you will drive
- Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and ensure continuous ROI for customers.
- Consult on best practices, workflows, and conduct management business reviews.
- Develop multi-purpose relationships throughout customer organizations and identify risks within named accounts.
- Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback to Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field.
- 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
- Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver consultative recommendations.
