Customer Success Manager (all genders)

• Design and manage the customer journey from introduction through use to renewal and collaboration development
• Serve as central point of contact and coordinate all measures for successful collaboration including onboarding, product support, and strategic touchpoints
• Work closely with Project Delivery and Expert Services teams, track project statuses, and provide active post-completion support
• Prepare and implement customer success formats from standard training to individual check-ins and business reviews
• Analyze customer satisfaction and product usage to identify risks/opportunities and initiate improvement measures
• Develop methods, playbooks, and customer journey templates with your team

This role drives the energy transition by ensuring customers fully leverage envelio's solutions to optimize electrical networks and integrate renewable energy systems, accelerating the shift to sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable subject
• Knowledge of electrical network planning/operation or electrical system integration with understanding of energy industry contexts
• Professional experience with direct customer contact and enthusiasm for establishing lasting customer relationships
• Experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management, or related B2B fields (ideal)
• Strong communicator with excellent German and English skills (C2 level)
