CRM Data Integrity Specialist (Temporary)

• Clean up OFRF's organizational database, including maintaining records, merging duplicates, and entering new data.
• Review and audit data for accuracy, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Update and maintain database standard operating procedures for organization-wide use.

This role ensures data integrity, enabling OFRF to effectively build subscribers, segment audiences, and cultivate relationships, thereby supporting the widespread adoption of organic farming.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional data management or recordkeeping.
• Experience with CRM systems (Virtuous a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting and use Google and project management tools like Asana.

Pay range $28-35 per hour (approximately $58,240-$72,800 annualized). This is a temporary position (June-Sept 2026) and is not eligible for benefits.
