Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts, providing expert guidance on product selection, formulation support, and application troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve customers’ technical challenges, including color inconsistencies, anti-sticking issues, and coating performance across confectionery categories.
- Work, train and collaborate with the North American salesforce to strengthen their technical capabilities.
- Work with CAPOL R&D teams to translate customer requirements into product prototypes and develop end applications.
