Cost Manager - Data Center Project Controls

• Oversee cost planning, cost modeling, and financial control of data center construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Support project management with bid reviews, change order validation, and cost reporting.

This role ensures cost discipline and transparency in building data center infrastructure that supports America’s growing energy demands, accelerating the transition to cleaner, more sustainable power sources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, or estimating in an EPC or utility-scale construction environment.
• Strong experience in cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.

Base Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
