Mission
What you will drive
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements including equipment procurement, master service, product sales, and licensing agreements.
- Serve as day-to-day legal advisor to procurement, engineering, operations, commercial, and IP teams on active projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support development of scalable contracting processes, templates, and playbooks, and provide practical legal guidance on procurement, supply chain, and compliance matters.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the United States.
- 4+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on commercial contracting, procurement, infrastructure, engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy, or other complex capital projects.
- Ability to provide clear, practical, and business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; business-minded with exceptional honesty, integrity, and professional judgment.

Compensation: $185,000-$215,000 annually.
