Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and Australian entities with speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
  • Own the external audit relationship and process; maintain and strengthen internal controls for audit-ready infrastructure.
  • Lead the accounting technology roadmap, optimizing NetSuite and implementing AI-native tools to automate workflows.
  • Manage and develop the accounting team, including the Assistant Controller, and partner with business leaders across the company.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience; 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
  • Deep US GAAP expertise: consolidations, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and international subsidiary accounting.
  • CPA required.
  • NetSuite proficiency; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
