Corporate Controller

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and Australian entities with speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
• Own the external audit relationship and process; maintain and strengthen internal controls for audit-ready infrastructure.
• Lead the accounting technology roadmap, optimizing NetSuite and implementing AI-native tools to automate workflows.
• Manage and develop the accounting team, including the Assistant Controller, and partner with business leaders across the company.

This role ensures Omnidian's financial integrity and scalability, enabling the company to accelerate the transition to clean energy by providing reliable performance assurance for solar and energy storage systems.

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience; 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Deep US GAAP expertise: consolidations, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and international subsidiary accounting.
• CPA required.
• NetSuite proficiency; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
