Contracts & Procurement Specialist

• Manage the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting activities, including supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, contract drafting and administration, and purchase order management.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, Task Orders, Purchase Orders, and engineering services contracts.
• Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Program Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, export control regulations, and contractual obligations.

This role directly supports the deployment of advanced fission power plants, enabling clean, reliable, and affordable energy at scale while advancing nuclear fuel recycling to reduce waste.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, commercial management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements and purchase orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
