Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting activities, including supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, contract drafting and administration, and purchase order management.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, Task Orders, Purchase Orders, and engineering services contracts.
- Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Program Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, export control regulations, and contractual obligations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, commercial management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements and purchase orders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
