About This Role

As the Contracts & Procurement Specialist, you'll own the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting for critical components and services needed to build advanced reactors. Your work ensures timely delivery, cost control, and compliance, directly enabling Oklo's path to deployment.

You'll start by reviewing incoming purchase requests from engineering, then draft and negotiate MSAs and SOWs with suppliers. Afternoons involve coordinating with Legal on compliance and Finance on budgets, followed by updating contract databases and tracking deliverables. You'll also jump on calls with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
