  • Record and categorize credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Post payroll journal entries and reconcile bank/cash accounts monthly
  • Assist with year-end 1099 preparation and annual financial review/audit preparation

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Prior bookkeeping experience required

Benefits

What's in it for you

Independent Contractor (1099) position. Fixed monthly fee: $500. Typical workload is approximately 3–5 hours per month, with occasional increases to 8–10 hours during year-end review/audit preparation and 1099 season. Fully remote and flexible schedule.
