Content Facilitator

• Lead virtual and in-person sessions that translate career-readiness content into practice, feedback, and real skill-building.
• Read the room in real time, adjusting pace and format to keep energy high and participants engaged.
• Make dense or technical material clear, concrete, and usable, bringing your own voice and judgment to existing content.
• Participate in pre-session check-ins and monthly/quarterly content reviews to ensure sessions are effective and relevant.

This role directly empowers first-generation students to build career skills and confidence, helping them secure strong first jobs and advance economic mobility.

• 3+ years of professional experience facilitating engaging virtual learning experiences.
• 2+ years of volunteer or professional experience working with college-aged young adults, or in early career recruiting or corporate learning & development.
• Lived experience of the first-generation students we serve (preferred).
• Proficiency with virtual tools like Google Docs, Zoom, and Slack; strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Contract, fee-for-service role with flexible, part-time hours (3-9 hrs/week) that can flex up around in-person programming weekends. Salary: $40/hour. Hands-on facilitation experience with a high-energy, mission-driven team.
