Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead HPN's philanthropic revenue efforts, developing and executing strategies to deepen relationships with foundations, financial institutions, family offices, and individuals.
  • Oversee and coach a fundraising team to achieve annual fundraising goals, including specialized resources for business lines and social enterprises.
  • Manage the full donor lifecycle: prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and reporting, ensuring a robust pipeline and effective use of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and program teams to align fundraising with organizational priorities and ensure strategic alignment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of fundraising and project management experience in a high-capacity philanthropic organization, with a proven track record of raising over $6M annually.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and evaluating a fundraising function, including strategy, institutional development, proposal development, and donor relationship management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to craft high-quality proposals and reports; experience with family offices, foundations, and financial institutions preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and management skills; entrepreneurial spirit; proficiency in Office 365; Salesforce experience highly preferred.
