Consultant Smart Grids (f/m/d)

• Advise clients on the use of envelio's software and adjustment of their business processes.
• Support users in independent and profitable use of the software through onboarding and ongoing consultation.
• Act as the interface between customers and internal stakeholders (Product, Sales) to identify challenges and improvement potentials.
• Analyze key figures on customer use and satisfaction to drive success.

This role accelerates the energy transition by helping grid operators adopt smart grid software, enabling more efficient and renewable-friendly energy distribution.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering or comparable field.
• Familiarity with planning and operation of electrical grids or integration of electrical plants; knowledge of energy business.
• Working experience managing projects with direct customer contact; excited about developing lasting customer relationships.
• Business fluent in German and English.
