Compliance and Operations Manager

• Oversee contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance across the organization and its fiscal sponsees.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for active contracts, monitoring key dates, deliverables, and payments.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, managing employment status in PEO/EOR platforms.
• Monitor fiscal sponsee activities for alignment with donor policies, grant terms, and US and UK legal requirements.

This role ensures that the organization and its partners operate ethically and legally, enabling impactful AI safety work to proceed without compliance risks.

• Experience in compliance, contracts management, or operations.
• Knowledge of US and UK legal requirements and GDPR.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
