People Operations Manager

• Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple concurrent roles and design scalable onboarding programmes.
• Manage people operations infrastructure including payroll, benefits, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Support development of career frameworks, performance review systems, and people development initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and drive process improvements that enhance team effectiveness.

This role ensures that Safe AI Forum can scale effectively while maintaining a strong, supportive culture, directly enabling the organization to advance AI safety and governance.

• Experience in people operations or HR management, preferably in a scaling organization.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong process improvement and project management skills.
• Ability to design and implement hiring and onboarding programs.
