Compensation Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Complete salary surveys, perform job matching, and create job descriptions to implement job architecture and external benchmarking practices
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of salary ranges
• Assist in managing and administering the annual salary review process
• Model annual salary review and bonus budget allocation in line with business and talent priorities
• Conduct ad-hoc compensation analysis, synthesize findings, and present recommendations
• Design and develop compensation models, tools, and metrics
• Manage and maintain compensation program data such as policy and plan documents
• Provide compensation advice to HR colleagues and line managers across EMEA
• Participate in total rewards projects

This role helps shape and establish the total rewards function to support ERM's goal of becoming the company every sustainability professional wants to work for, contributing to building compensation programs and practices that attract and retain talent in the sustainability field.

Required skills and experience:

• Solid experience in compensation/total rewards, including in-depth knowledge of compensation survey participation and job-matching approaches
• Strong written & verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team and confident interacting with all levels of management
• Advanced Excel skills (required)
• Power BI proficiency (required)
• Workday experience (preferred)
• Experience working across multiple countries (preferred but not essential)
