Working here means directly contributing to a mission-driven solution with cutting-edge technology.

About the role

A typical day

A typical day might involve following up with inbound leads, scheduling and conducting in-person product demos at customer sites, and coordinating site walkthroughs with technical teams. You'll spend time updating the CRM, building proposals, and discussing financing options with prospects. Between meetings, you'll collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Who Aquaria is looking for

  • 2–5+ years of closing experience in consultative, high-ticket sales such as solar, HVAC, or home improvement, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Skilled in in-person product demonstrations and comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites for walkthroughs and consultations.
  • Mastery of discovery, solution mapping, and objection handling, with the ability to simplify complex purchases and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Process-driven with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and reliable sales projections.
