(Climate Tech) Account Executive

Core responsibilities:

• Engage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule demos or consultations
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and consultative selling sessions
• Manage CRM pipeline, follow-up activities, and drive deals to close
• Coordinate site walkthroughs, build proposals, and handle financing options

This role helps bring groundbreaking water harvesting technology to market, providing households and businesses with greater water security and independence while addressing one of the most pressing global challenges of clean water access.

Required qualifications:

• 2–5+ years closing experience in consultative, high-ticket sales (solar, HVAC, home improvement, etc.)
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota with in-person demos
• Mastery of discovery, solution mapping, and objection handling for complex purchases
• Process-driven with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
