Client Program Manager Civix Strategy Group seeks a Program Manager who is a highly organized, client-focused professional who helps nonprofit clients operate more effectively and get things done. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing relationships, keeping projects moving, and translating big-picture goals into clear plans and actions. This full-time position can be accomplished remotely from the East Coast of the United States. The Program and Project Manager will play a central role in both client service and internal coordination, including: Serving as a primary or supporting point of contact for nonprofit clients, building strong and responsive relationships; Planning and leading efficient, well-run meetings that drive decisions and next steps; Tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks; Partnering closely with internal finance and operations teams to meet client needs, particularly around budgeting, reporting, and payments; Supporting client operations, including potentially serving as a day-to-day operational resource for a specific client; Triaging client requests and coordinating internal resources to ensure timely, high-quality responses; Creating polished client-ready materials, including memos, trackers, and presentations; Identifying challenges early and proactively problem-solving to keep work on track; Other tasks as assigned by management. Candidate will possess: 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, project or program management, client services, or a related field; Demonstrated experience in the nonprofit or progressive social justice sector; Strong client management instincts and a high level of professionalism; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience running meetings and managing multiple stakeholders; Comfort working with budgets, financial tracking, and basic financial analysis; Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently; A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to take on increasing responsibility; A collaborative approach and comfort working across teams in a remote environment; Strong skills in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Drive organization and management). Compensation: Annual salary: $80,000–$90,000. This position is eligible for paid time off and a shared cost health insurance program.
