Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide logistical, coordination, and administrative support for the Community Foundations for Civic Health initiative, ensuring participants and grantees have a positive experience.
  • Assist in developing and distributing program and grant materials, including guides, toolkits, and agendas.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and on-site support for meetings across the U.S.
  • Support the Director of Civic Health and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with scheduling, correspondence, and expense tracking.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required (experience may substitute); minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • Event planning, customer service, and administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, Canva, Google Suite, and other platforms.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel up to 25% nationwide.
