What you will drive

  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategic plan focused on preventing and ending family homelessness.
  • Identify opportunities for geographic and program expansion, and drive data-driven decision-making and impact reporting.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across philanthropy, government, and private sector, and oversee marketing, communications, and advocacy efforts.
  • Ensure organizational alignment and execution through clear strategic priorities, KPIs, and change management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, social impact, nonprofit management, or related fields.
  • Successful experience in fundraising, major gift development, or business development to drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of housing instability, homelessness, or adjacent human services sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic planning and execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
