Chief Research Officer

• Direct GoodPower's Good Data Lab, designing and implementing research studies to understand effective communication and increase organizational efficacy across key impact areas.
• Oversee in-house research, experimentation, and evaluation including message-testing experiments, randomized control trials, and program evaluations.
• Serve as key public representative providing internal and external thought leadership.

This role accelerates the global energy transition by generating evidence-based insights that improve communication strategies and program effectiveness, ultimately helping to build social and market conditions for decarbonization.

• Proven experience leading empirical research and experimentation in a relevant field.
• Strong background in designing and implementing randomized control trials, surveys, and focus groups.
• Excellent communication and thought leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
