Sr. Director of Partnerships

• Own and scale Crux's partnerships program as a partner-sourced referral and lead-generation engine focused on legal and tax/accounting advisors.
• Build tiered partner frameworks, systematize referral tracking, and develop enablement programs to activate partners.
• Personally manage key institutional relationships with Big 4 and AmLaw firms, negotiating commercial terms and driving co-marketing initiatives.
• Lead a team of two direct reports, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across research, content, events, legal, and operations.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by scaling partnerships that drive capital to critical infrastructure projects, enabling a more prosperous, clean, and secure energy future.

• 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliance management, with 6+ years leading and scaling a partnership team.
• Deep experience building enterprise relationships with law firms and tax/accounting firms (Big 4, AmLaw), understanding their BD dynamics and compliance constraints.
• Proven track record of owning revenue tied to partner-sourced pipeline, building attribution models, and managing commercial terms.
• Executive presence to be a peer to partner-level counterparts; strong cross-functional leadership and experience with content/events-driven engagement.

• Total Cash Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000+ depending on experience
