Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as senior operating partner to the CEO and CBDO, translating strategic vision into operational reality and maintaining the companyโs operating cadence through OKRs and KPI dashboards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Client Services, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT, driving both measurable social impact and revenue growth.
- Lead the integration of SafetyNexus (AI sister company) into pricing, sales enablement, onboarding, and LCV measurement, and drive agentic AI transformation across operations.
- Drive change management to transition from a training-focused to a systems-change organization while preserving a high-retention culture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years in senior operations, including 5+ years as COO, VP, or GM in a multi-country business.
- Proven change-management track record in founder-led organizations; strong financial and analytical discipline with P&L management.
- Experience deploying agentic AI and workflow automation at scale; proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace, MS Office.
- Relational and community-centered leadership with cultural humility and sector sensitivity to gender-based violence.
