About This Role
As COO, you'll serve as the senior operating partner to the CEO and CBDO, translating strategic vision into operational reality. This role is pivotal in driving change from a training-focused to a systems-change organization while integrating AI (SafetyNexus) and overseeing day-to-day operations across Client Services, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.
