Chief of Staff

• Partner with the CEO to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence growth opportunities.
• Own product improvements to deepen engagement, retention, and impact.
• Streamline operations for Medicaid contract including workflows, billing, and reporting.
• Build operational systems and manage team as the organization grows.

This role directly supports the mission of building generational mental wellness for historically overlooked communities by expanding reach and deepening engagement with pregnant and postpartum individuals, preventing anxiety and depression.

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and/or product.
• At least 2-3 years in early-stage startup (ideally health tech) or tech nonprofit.
• Strong data analytics skills in Excel and product fluency.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to support others.

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000. Benefits include health insurance or QSEHRA contribution, PTO, federal holidays, sick leave, and 401k plan.
