Chief Impact Officer

Senior executive role leading Pure Earth's impact strategy, research agenda, and program quality across global toxic pollution prevention initiatives.
- Define impact strategy, theory of change, and program design across lead and mercury portfolios; shape long-term expansion to other priority pollutants.
- Oversee Programs, Technical Support, and Innovation Lab departments; set quality standards and hold teams accountable for delivery against impact targets.
- Partner with President and Board on resource allocation, donor strategy, and high-stakes mission decisions; position Pure Earth as global authority on lead exposure science.
- Collaborate with MEL function to establish impact measurement philosophy, learning agenda, and rigorous evaluation systems informing program refinement.
- Requires 10+ years in environmental health, global health, or international development with senior leadership experience and proven ability to translate research into policy and programmatic impact.
