Mission
What you will drive
- Lead organizational strategy, fundraising, communications, and financial management to scale mangrove restoration globally.
- Supervise a distributed team across the US, UK, Thailand, Mexico, and Philippines, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Work closely with the Director of Programs to align scientific programs, partnerships, and organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring strategic plan implementation and organizational compliance.

What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated nonprofit leadership experience at senior management or executive level.
- Proven fundraising track record with major donor cultivation and diversified revenue streams.
- Familiarity with environmental or conservation sector, including ecological restoration or nature-based solutions.
- International or cross-cultural experience and comfort with remote/distributed team management.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary range: USD $110,000 โ $140,000 per year. Benefits include 4% retirement contribution, 100% employer-paid health/vision/dental insurance, and approximately 6 weeks of paid time off (including holidays and a 2-week winter break). Fully remote position within the United States.
