What you will drive
The Chief Evidence for Development Impact and Innovation is responsible for leading the development and implementation of IFAD's evidence-based approach to development impact and innovation. This includes overseeing the design and implementation of impact assessments, evaluations, and other evidence-generation activities to inform IFAD's strategic decisions and programmatic interventions. The Chief will also provide technical guidance and support to IFAD's country programs and regional offices to ensure that evidence-based decision-making is integrated into all aspects of IFAD's work. Additionally, the Chief will collaborate with other international organizations, research institutions, and stakeholders to stay abreast of the latest developments in evidence-based development and to identify opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
