Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar and coordinate integrated campaigns across social media, fundraising, events, partnerships, and programme initiatives.
  • Oversee content planning and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms; manage creative projects from briefing through final delivery.
  • Lead the development of the Foundation's Annual Impact Report, co-manage the website, and support creation of presentations, newsletters, and other collateral.
  • Monitor platform performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience trends.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing communications projects from planning through execution and coordinating external creative vendors.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with strong attention to detail; ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot, Canva Pro, Google Workspace, Frame.io, and social media management platforms.
