Procurement / Contract Specialist

• Manage procurement processes for civil works in accordance with international procurement procedures.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with FIDIC and/or World Bank requirements.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents, evaluations, and contract awards.
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

This role supports international development-funded projects in Uzbekistan, ensuring transparent and efficient procurement processes that contribute to sustainable infrastructure and urban development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field with professional procurement certification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in procurement of civil works and contract management.
• Experience on World Bank or similar MDB-funded projects with knowledge of procurement rules and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and/or World Bank procurement frameworks.
