Nonprofit International Partner

• Coordinate with international donors and partners to secure funding and support for community development and health programs.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships to advance the organization's mission of fighting poverty through sports talent.
• Represent the organization in international forums and build a network of committed supporters.

This role will enable Swift Sports Organisation to secure the resources needed to expand its community development and health programs, directly improving the lives of disadvantaged single mothers, children, and youth in Uganda.

• Mature individual with experience in humanitarian work, community-based organizations, and fundraising.
• Proven ability to coordinate with international donors and partners.
• Loyal to the African race, passionate about the cause, independent, aggressive, and positive.
• Understanding of Uganda's context and commitment to the organization's growth.

Swift Sports Organisation is a grassroots community-based organization in Wakiso district, Uganda, using sports talent to fight poverty and transform lives. Founded in 2018, it runs netball clubs and programs for women, youth, and children, aiming to establish a recreation center by 2026/27.
