Cheif Operating Officer-Equity Based

• Execute across markets (Ghana, Kenya, and expansion)
• Build and run operating systems (weekly rhythm, accountability, delivery)
• Drive early revenue through programs, partnerships, and Foundher Studio
• Turn strategy into structured, repeatable outcomes

This role directly builds the operational backbone for a pan-African platform that connects female founders to capital, partnerships, and market access, driving economic empowerment and gender equality across the continent.

• Strong operator with experience building or running programs, startups, or communities
• High execution bias (gets things done without waiting)
• Commercial thinking (understands how to generate revenue)
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity
