Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead overall coordination of programme implementation across the Western Balkans, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned with the approved workplan and logframe.
  • Oversee monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and learning (MREL) tools and processes, ensuring alignment with the Results Assessment Framework.
  • Manage financial and administrative oversight, including tracking invoices, advance payments, expense claims, and grants financial reports.
  • Support outreach, partnership development, and participant management, acting as the primary regional focal point for participants.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong experience in project management, preferably in media development or international programmes.
  • Experience working in the Western Balkans region with established networks.
  • Familiarity with grant management and coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and relevant regional languages (Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian).
