Western Balkans Project Manager (70%)

• Lead overall coordination of programme implementation across the Western Balkans, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned with the approved workplan and logframe.
• Oversee monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and learning (MREL) tools and processes, ensuring alignment with the Results Assessment Framework.
• Manage financial and administrative oversight, including tracking invoices, advance payments, expense claims, and grants financial reports.
• Support outreach, partnership development, and participant management, acting as the primary regional focal point for participants.

This role strengthens gender equality in media by leading the Social Impact Reporting Initiative in the Western Balkans, supporting women's leadership and more inclusive media ecosystems.

• Strong experience in project management, preferably in media development or international programmes.
• Experience working in the Western Balkans region with established networks.
• Familiarity with grant management and coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and relevant regional languages (Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian).

Part-time (70%) remote position with occasional travel. Compensation details not specified.
